Terri has been a remarkable help. I have been using her services for Quickbooks on line on a PC.....and I've been using a MAC for over 10 years so my knowledge base for pursuing this massive endeavor was daunting to say the least. Within an hour or two I was starting to navigate my way around the site and after a few hours I was up and running. As I get further in to the detailed work of QB I test and request additional tutoring. Terri is always prompt to answer texts for new meetings and very prompt with connecting at our designated time. She is also very very patient and I'm so happy for that as this has been a mind bending task. I highly recommend Terri for anyone needing help with Quickbooks. She knows her stuff and I'm very glad I found her!
I had necessity to reconcile Quickbooks data for very tight schedule. I am beginner of Quickbooks and did the reconciliation process with looking at few videos. But it didn't work out and asked Terri's help. She looks at my data and we went through the process together. While working together I felt that she has really lots of experiences with Quickbooks. Without her help, I couldn't make it. Thank you very much and I will continue work with you.
Terri is a great tutor and gave me good practical advice for solving complex accounting problems. Her explanations were clear and the problem-solving strategies were helpful. We usually started right on time, but it would take a few minutes to get our sessions set up. Getting the zoom link just a few minutes early would have been appreciated.
I've never try the online tutor so I was wondering how it works. The first lesson Terri introduced herself and went into the problem I had right away. She was looking at my Quickbooks' data, she understood my problem and gave me how to solve the problem I had. She answered all the questions I had and it was real pleasure to work with her.
I was looking for someone who teaches me how to use Quickbooks. I am beginner and I was trying to use it by looking at several videos. But it was more difficult than what I thought. Terri has enough experience with Quickbooks and explained to me very easy way. She was very punctual and I will continue to study with her.
Terri and I quickly reached an easy rapport and she was able to guide me to a much better understanding of QuickBooks Online. Darron is amazing. My 5 year old daughter is easily distracted but he keeps her engaged the entire 60 minutes. She has learned quite a bit from Darron and looks forward to her tutoring sessions.

Darron was great. My son has autism and ADHD and get be tough to wrangle at times,but, Darron kept him engaged and gave great encouragement.
