I have two teachers certificates in Montessori education, one for lower elementary (grades 1 - 3) and the other in upper elementary (grades 4 - 6). I was an Elementary teacher for 6 years and then I worked on the administrative side of education where I also opened up several privately owned Montessori schools. I have continued to tutor students in elementary education for the past 8 years in core subject areas like Math, Language, Reading and Writing.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and my teaching degree from York University in K-6 education.
