Hello, my name is Anthony. Im 28 and i love to teach. I have experience teaching all types of things like teaching swim safety and techniques to kids and teens. I also taught sports to elementary school students. Last but not least, I have taught in school and in home to kids with and without disabilities. I love doing anything with my dog Dingo and I also love playing Video Games (Go Xbox!)

Teaching and tutoring is what I love to do! I have over 12 years of experience in education. I enjoy working with students who have learning challenges and students who have a desire to excel above and beyond. I have been teaching since 1993. I have taught science at ALL three levels. I have taught math and science at all levels. My certification is 6-12 Biology and General Science. I have taught US History as well as Study Skills. I feel like my background is such that I can tutor just about anything to anyone. My least favorite subjects to teach are Geometry, Trigonometry and Phusics.

I am currently finishing my dual degree at UCLA. I love the subjects I study and they have given me a breadth of experience across subjects. My economics degree required me to become adept with math, while my geography courses have refined my skills as a writer. I have tutored on and off since high school, and I believe that learning is most effective when learning is fun.

I have my degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, Reading, and Curriculum and Instruction Supervision. My background encompasses classroom experience in grades 1-8 teaching Math, Language Arts, and Emotional Support / Learning Support. In addition, I was the director of a reading clinic, online professor, and academic advisor at a local University.

I am in the process of getting my Bachelors in Forensic Psychology. Previously I worked at an after school program and helped tutor children from kindergarten to eighth grade. In high school I took AP photography and ceramics, and continue to hone my art skills. I grew up doing gymnastics and coached the sport for eight years. Helping others is my passion!
