Throughout my high school career, I took as many advanced English classes as possible, including gifted, honors, and AP level courses. On the English ACT Section, I scored a 30 and on the Reading Section I scored a 33. I have experience with tutoring, essay writing, and proofreading, I am confident that whatever your student is faced with, I will be able to help them excel.

As a person and an educator, I am kind, encouraging, friendly and genuine. I’m also calm and patient with students, and very attuned to their emotions and needs. I have always been dedicated to my students’ well-being, and I will do my best to help them understand information in a way that empowers them and fosters a life-long love of learning.

Hello everyone, I am so excited to introduce myself! I am Ms. Dee and I am a tutor with Heytutor. I am hear to assist in you quest for knowledge and love of learning. I learn as much from my students as they do me. Life is the real teacher which will will explore together. My biggest goal is to make learning fun.

I have a Bachelor's degree in secondary education and English from Elms College and over four years of 1:1 English tutoring experience. I have about two years of whole-group instruction and student-teaching experience. I know how to structure time and lessons well and make learning interactive.

I am a current college student at California Polytechnic University - Pomona. I am knowledgeable in all math topics from elementary level to calculus. I will ensure that you will get the help that you will need in math when you work with me.

I have a year or so experience of tutoring, I believe tutoring helps with understanding the curriculum more and I am here to help you with what you struggle to understand or need a little more understanding of.
