I am just starting out as a tutor and I hope I can make a good impact. I graduated with a BA in Psychology a few years ago, and have since had a few different jobs. When I came across this opportunity recently, I was excited to have a chance to be back in a classroom setting since my time as a student, which seems like the very distant past. No matter what, I am grateful for this experience.

I have an associates degree EC -6 from Cedar Valley College and currently a senior at the University of North Texas at Dallas where I am pursuing a bachelors of EC-6 bilingual. I have 5+ years of experience as an instructional aide in early childhood and lead teacher experience from a private academy. I have subbed, planned, and tutored students from PreK - 7th grade.

I'm extremely passionate about learning, and believe everyone is capable of being as smart as they want to be. The knowledge people have and the speed at which they learn new knowledge is not fixed, and I care a lot about helping people reach their full potential. I am an expert in math and was in the 99th percentile on the SATs. I look forward to meeting you.

Currently majoring in English with plans to get a teaching certification as I am trying to become a high school English teacher. I'm bilingual and grew up in South central. It's because of my background growing up in this community that I would like to help students who are struggling in school and going through the same hardships that I went through.
