Just north-northwest of Bakersfield is a small, census-designated place called Oildale, as it is adjacent to three large oil fields. Little known about the area, this was also the location of a CIA base during the Cold War, where U2 planes were built before being sent to Area 51 for testing. At least that is what they want us to believe. It might be that this was where the aliens landed before they are taken to Area 51. That is just a guess, but based on how confidential the project was, it is possible that it is also correct.
