Hi! I'm a Physics teacher who has also taught and tutored Chemistry, Biology, and Math (Algebra through Calculus). I've been teaching for 5 years, and been tutoring since I was in high school (it was called peer tutoring back then). I just finished a MA at Teachers College in Columbia University and I have Physics and Education degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
I care about the whole student: my teaching and tutoring often goes beyond the subject matter including study skills, strategies to ask for help, and test-taking tips.
When I'm not teaching or tutoring I enjoy biking, playing volleyball and softball, and reading mysteries.

You've been very patient with me and I know how hard that can be. I don't hate you, I hate Physics.a year ago
I learned so much in your class and I just want to say thank you for everything. I am so thankful to have had a teacher like you, you are such a wonderful teacher. You taught me that if I believe in myself I can do anything I put my mind to and that even if I don't, there will always be someone who will believe in me. Thank you for caring so much.a year ago
