Hello Students,
I have my Masters degree in Nursing Education. I have nursing teaching experience with Salt Lake Community College, Fortis College, SLC and Stevens- Henagar College, Ogden, UT. I have taught didactic courses of Advanced Med/Surg, Foundations of Nursing and Advanced Physical Assessment and have several clinical teaching experiances. I also worked with Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital on Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as a RN. On IMCU, I have taken care of patients with variety of problems such as, respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, psychiatric and neurological problems. Moreover, I also have experience with geriatric patients as I have worked as a nurse at Garden Villa, IN. a long term facility.
Currently, I am working as a Lab Faculty Supervisor for Western Governors University (WGU) with low and high fidelity simulations. Overall, I believe that I have the experience and knowledge one requires for tutoring nursing or health care related concepts. My goal is not only to help you succeed but also, achieve highest grade possible in your class.
