Algebra 1 and Elementary Math tutor

I have been working as paraprofessional the last 3 years. A paraprofessional works one on one with students helping them through academics troubles. I have been working with Middle School students on Math, Science, History and English. I am also able to help with beginner Spanish and any Music classes you may have! I'm very patient, and if there's material that is extra hard, I take the time to figure out different ways to explain it so that it relates to real life. That's every student's favorite question, "But when will I need this in real life?" My answer is that even if you do not use the exact concept you are learning about, you are practicing critical thinking and problem solving, which are important skills for everyone, even adults!
