Learning the Tools
We will start by creating the base character while learning some of the tools necessary to complete this course. We will create the head, chin, torso for the body, arms, legs, and feet of the character using simple vector shapes. We are also going to choose a color for our character.

Building the Armour
In this unit, you will learn how to create the armor pieces for the character. We will add our desired colors, create the actual arm pieces by making the shoulder pads, add knee pads, create arm guards, and create a visor for the knight.
14:05
Finish your Knight
In this unit, you will learn how to create the details for the knight character armor. We will create a visor element, flames, and cape. There is a lot of potential for experimentation with these types of characters. You can use the first concept as a base for a whole set of different character designs. I hope you have learned a lot, and you can apply these skills to your workflows. I hope you have learned some new things in illustrator to help you create your future character designs.
