My name is Timothy Coupland. I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelors in Biology. I am able to tutor a wide range of subjects both related and unrelated to my major. My two specialties are writing and exam preparation. I am a firm believer in teaching the WHY of a subject. I believe that if a student knows the WHY, then the individual applications all make much more sense and are therefore easier for the student. I do not simply give out answers, bur rather I lead the student to figure out the answer themselves and teach them how to come up with answers without my help.
