I'm Patrick! I grew up in Orange County California and have earned my Bachelors in Computer Science at the University of California, Riverside. At Uni, I was the Vice President of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM / Computer Science) chapter and have led several technical workshops for hundreds of my peers. During my free time, I volunteer at my local YMCA teaching Political Science & Mathematics.
I am truly passionate in Education & Computer Science. My teaching methodology is to provide sufficient content and support for my student to become sufficient. I focus on improving one's problem solving and critical thinking skills to empower them in solving / searching / researching a better solution. Overall, my goal is to ensure that my students become proficient Software Engineers regardless of education.

Patrick was patient as well as knowledgeable. When I was trying to go a million miles an hour he was able to refocus me on the one task that needed to be done first, and then the second and so on. His feedback while I was coding was a nice little hint letting me know that what I was thinking and doing was on the correct path.
Patrick is smart, knows Lightroom well (he is a photographer himself) and a computer expert (has a degree in computer science). Adobe makes the most amazing products in America and has the worst customer service in America; Patrick is a solution. It took us 3 hours, but he rescued me from a major external hard drive/Lightroom catalog/failure to import problem that could have shut me down. He is friendly and does not talk down to the computer semi-literates like me. I highly recommend him. DP
