I am a working actor based in Seattle, WA, and I graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Theatre and English. I have also enrolled in various classes and conservatory programs at ASTEP Juilliard, the Yale School of Drama, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Furthermore, I have taught classes at Seattle Children's Theatre from ages 4-18, and workshops at Rice for college students.
I specialize in monologue coaching, scene study, text/character analysis, acting resume and essay editing, and Shakespeare. My interests include classical theatre, devised works, and dance, and I believe in the importance of taking the text off of the page and internalizing it in the body by exploring character through improv games and movement. Whether you need me the night before an audition or to break down a play for an essay, I’m there. I want to share what I have learned from my successes and failures, and I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about creating your path as a student actor or a professional. Not only will you be able to see immediate, effective results, but I will help you create your own long-term process and develop the confidence with which you can approach any audition or essay, no matter how daunting.
