I am a grad student at Purdue university. I am originally from a farm in Nebraska and have been fortunate to travel much of the world. This blend of being from a small town while seeing foreign nations has given me a unique perspective while working with other people. I attended undergraduate university at Iowa State where I majored in history and minored in nutrition. Here I was able to serve as a leader in many school organizations such as chess club and the flying cyclones. I also have spent a large portion of my life flying aircraft where I have spent about 1000 hours in the air learning and teaching others to fly too!
