Learning and tutoring have always been undying passions of mine. As a Johns Hopkins undergraduate double majoring in Mathematics and Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering , I have taken college level mathematics courses (Linear Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Real Analysis, Calculus on Manifolds) and science courses (Applied Chemical Equilibrium, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Thermodynamics, Chemical Process Analysis, Transport Phenomena, Separations, Kinetics ect.). I have previously achieved perfect scores on SAT I and II math, SAT II Chemistry, ACT math, PSAT math, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics.
I specialize in tutoring mathematics, chemistry, and biology for success in school as well as on the SAT and ACT. Whether helping a student with homework or teaching him/her a subject, I strive to obtain thorough understanding with students. As a student myself, I am patient, understanding, and comprehensive with my explanations and will happily re-explain and provide supplemental problems for students to work on.
I typically like to tutor at Barnes & Noble or a local library.
I try to be flexible with time. Although I do have a 5-hour cancellation policy, I offer makeup classes.
I look forward to hearing from you and look forward to success in your studies! If you have any questions, feel free to email me. I'm always happy to help!
