Hello! I am Gerald. I am currently doing my PhD in English Literature at the University of Houston. I teach freshman writing courses as well. I have a Master's degree in English Literature from San Francisco State University, a Teaching Credential, and a BA in English from UC Berkeley. I taught elementary school for ten years, and also tutored high school and college students in writing. I am also a musician, and provide private drumming lessons.
