Hi, My name is sandaru, and I'm getting my certifications in 4th -12th-grade science to become a first-year teacher. Due to COVID19, I believe safety is essential; therefore, private tutoring provides individualized quality education while being safe.
I just received my bachelor's in Neuroscience, and while pursuing my degree, I took a year off to work for an educational nonprofit where I gained valuable experience working as an academic and behavioral coach in a middle school math classroom. As an academic coach, I made individualized lesson plans based on my student's learning style, and I frequently communicated with my students' parents. I also made behavioral plans with students to practice emotional and behavioral control.
