Hello, my name is Jaclyn and I work as a full-time private tutor for students in the Austin area!
Throughout the past 4 years, I have tutored elementary, middle school, and high school students. I have tutored students in Basic Mathematics, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Reading, Writing, Spanish, Religion, and even SAT/ACT prep. I have adapted to different students’ learning styles and helped them master the skills necessary to succeed in their classes. I always collaborate with my students to ensure they both understand and can apply what they learn in their tutoring sessions. I am organized, experienced, friendly, reliable, and fun! Most importantly, I am passionate about helping students improve their performance in the classroom. Even though students may not want to hear it, they must succeed in the fundamental subjects taught in school if they hope to make it to college. I myself have directly experienced the transformative power of a college education. I am determined to help other students develop the necessary skills to receive this experience as well.
