I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and am currently teaching English as a Second Language. Living in the Midwest my entire life, I have a neutral American accent which is perfect for teaching proper pronunciation.
In my college studies, I also completed 3 years of pronunciation classes (1 year for English/Latin, German, and Italian) and am very aware of how to correct common mistakes.
Studying music education taught me fun and interesting content is so important for learning. Students are much more likely to retain information if they enjoy the learning process, and that is always my goal!
