About Jessica

Hi! I'm Jessica!

With over 3000 hours of tutoring experience in test preparation, I have seen my students both here in the US and in China see improvement within the span of a few lessons.

Through a combination of catering to a student's individual learning style and working through problems patiently and with a step-by-step approach, then putting concepts into fun, real-world situations, my students have found many tough subjects to make a lot more sense.

As each lesson plan is customized and tailored to meeting students’ specific needs and achieving specific goals, progress is rapid and quantifiable.

My lessons are goal-oriented and emphasize time-management as well as consistency in study in and out of lessons. I keep detailed lesson notes and track students’ improvement, updating parents weekly on what goals students are pursuing and which areas can still benefit from more practice.

My lessons include: a personalized homework plan, comprehensive study skill instruction online (or in the comfort of your own home for students based in NYC), and weekly progress reports.
