I am a NYS certified Math teacher with a Masters Degree in Math Education. I currently am a lead 8th grade Algebra 1 Teacher at a charter school in Brooklyn. I have been working in education for about 6 years in total now and have loved my journey in the classroom. I have been successful as a lead teacher in my school with equipping all of my students with strategies to solve problems, increasing their overall accuracy on NYS regents exams, and helping my students remediate specific skills with proper intervention. I look forward to tutoring students who want to build their confidence with mathematical concepts and skills and prepare them for exams.
