I am a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner (PMP) certified with extensive experience in project/program management gained while working for financial Industry leaders such as JPMorgan Chase, Lloyds TSB, RBS, Bank of America Merrill Lynch etc. using PMI and Prince 2 methodologies to lead cross-functional team for IT implementation mentoring and coaching project teams and project managers for delivery of critical business initiatives which involved project/programs such as digital transformation projects, PMO Setup, Application Development (Waterfall/Agile) software rollout impacting people process and technology.
I have experience developing training material and delivering Project Management training both in PMI methodology and Prince 2 methodology. I have experience in coaching and mentoring people to help build capabilities to be effective in their job and meeting jobs goals and objectives.
I have a collaborative style of managing and teaching which helps me to build a relationship with others and use practical life experience example to help them learn quickly.
