Teaching is my greatest passion. I have been teaching since I was 14 years old, when I tutored classmates in high school algebra.
Later, as a high school math teacher and debate coach, my students achieved a 100% pass-rate on the New York state Regents exams, and were undefeated in their debate league.
In college, I studied Math, Economics, and Accounting. I graduated with a 3.95 GPA and am a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
After my teaching career, I began a corporate career in finance and accounting. My greatest successes have been when I have coached young professionals to develop their skills, so... I never really left teaching!
I have now left my full time corporate career and opened an independent business consulting firm. Now that my schedule is flexible, I am excited to once again pursue my greatest passion of all -- watching that "ah ha" light bulb turn on in a student's brain.

Better than just a teacher... he’s a motivator!!
Yehuda tutored me in finance and did an excellent job of teaching difficult concepts in an accessible way, often providing real-world applications and examples. He is especially generous with his time and expertise, checks in on progress during the week, and makes himself available for last-minute sessions if you need them.
Excellent tutor. I could never find the right “method” to instruct my own child. Yehuda broke down the mental barrier my daughter had with math quickly and she is doing fantastic and is actually excited about math! Very positive instructor and knows how to teach! Extremely pleased!!
