Hello! I have 25+ years of teaching and coaching experience that can help you to achieve your academic or career goals.

As a graduate student, I led classes at Princeton, Drew and the University of Virginia. I also privately tutored student-athletes while at UVA.

In 2001, I opened my first educational company, The Engaged Mind LLC. I specialized in helping professionals to develop the mindset and the daily habits needed to create high levels of achievement and well-being. I also showed students how to become much better test-takers.

In 2013, I founded the Coaching Excellence Institute where I continue to teach, inspire and encourage to this day.

I know how to make learning fun and I really enjoy helping others. It's especially rewarding when I can help someone to overcome the very obstacles that once stood in the way of their success.

I have been helping my clients to show up with more focus, confidence and momentum for 18+ years.
