About Kara

I love tutoring, and I have been doing it for nearly three years. I have taught a large variety of students, mostly elementary grades and younger, but am happy to work with middle and high school aged students as well. As a result of my extensive experience, I communicate knowledge and concepts in a fun and concise manner. My tutoring specialty is English and reading. I have an Associate's of Arts and Sciences from ARCC. So, my experience is complemented by a broad conceptual understanding of English at an advanced level. My mission is to convey my love for reading, grammar, and the English language to my students, while helping them succeed in their respective endeavors. Whether it’s help with homework or preparation for a big test, I can help you to succeed.
