Hello! My name is Jackie and this is my 18th year teaching. I worked at a Catholic School as a middle school ELA teacher for my first six years. After I earned my degree in Special Education, I started teaching high school level students who struggle with many school subjects. I taught at the high school level for 10 years. I have been in my current position as a middle school (grades 5-8) special education teacher for two years I love what I do and the students I service. It's rewarding in so many ways. I have experience tutoring all age levels and have worked for three different tutoring companies as well as students in my school district throughout the years. I'm patient and caring and my students have always commented that they enjoy my style of teaching. I have three children: two daughters, ages 12 and 7; and a son, age 6. So I am always helping with a variety of skills when they have homework! My favorite subjects are English and Math. I'm exceptionally organized and efficient. I hope to work with you! It will be so much fun, it won't feel like work!
