I am a former law professor using my passion for teaching to help students do well in law school and pass the bar exam. My method is very writing-focused and hones in on the needs of the individual. I teach primarily from released bar exam questions.
Major subjects tutored include Contracts, Property, Torts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, and Evidence. I also teach legal writing and analysis but will NOT help with current "live" assignments for your legal writing class. (Why not? It's the same reason I would not sit next to you and give you feedback during a final exam. Right? Got it.)
I have taught specialized courses in Environmental Law, Land Use Law, and Real Estate Transactions, and can also help students with other bar exam essay topics such as Agency, Corporations, Family Law, and Trust & Estates. I LOVE to teach and have helped many students understand the law AND improve their legal writing!
