Hello! My name is Michelle! I am a new teacher to HeyTutor and I am so excited about the opportunity to meet new students and to do what I love at the same time which is teaching. Currently, I have been teaching online with VIP Kid since March 2019 as an ESL tutor and I absolutely love it! It is so rewarding to watch students succeed as they begin to learn a new language or a new skill. Prior to VIP Kid, I was a substitute teacher for three years and I taught Georgia Pre-K for two years. I graduated from North Georgia College with a degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and I have a Master's degree from Troy University in Education. Currently, I am certified in the state of Georgia (U.S.) to teach Early Childhood Education (grades P-5) and Middle Grades Mathematics (grades 4-8). As a teacher, I am very encouraging, caring, and friendly to all students. I love to sing songs with younger kids during each lesson and I enjoy playing fun games with older students.
