I have taught nursing at all levels from PN to DNP for 10 years. In addition to my teaching experience, I have served as the nurse practitioner program director and director of faculty excellence where I helped other teachers be better teachers.

Outside of my teaching and clinical practice experience, I have excellent NCLEX scores as I took the minimum number of questions on both the PN and RN exams. I have also served two years on the NCLEX item review panel.

I have an MBA with a minor in healthcare administration. I also developed the healthcare administration program at my most recent university. I owned my own business until a sold it to a healthcare organization in 2018. I have served as a consultant for a number of big business projects such as privatizing state facilities.
