Worried about a test? Confused about material in class? I've been in your shoes as a student (graduated in 2009, and spent two years in graduate school after that), and I've spent quite a while (nearly 15 years) with different types of tutoring. I'd be glad to help however I can and help you feel better about math and statistics.
One big statement I get it is always along the lines of "I'm probably the worst." To that I say, no you're not. I have worked with high school students, college students, and adult learners continuing and/or restarting their education, and I have learned everyone has a different style for how they learn.
While I have covered topics ranging from geometry, trigonometry, different levels of algebra, all the way to beginning-level calculus (mainly AP Calculus AB and Calc I and some of II in college), my most recent expertise has come in AP Statistics and helping with the math portion of the SAT (I scored a 680 on that section back in 2002).
That said, my strongest suits are the different levels of math encountered in that time frame, with a focus on algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics (mainly beginner and intermediate level). So if you're looking for someone with expertise in these areas, I am the best fit for you.
