Hello! My name is Alexa Janofsky, and I am in my second year of teaching Elementary education. Before that, I was a substitute teacher for three years! I grew up in Coral Springs, Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in 2012. After obtaining my teaching certificate, I began my teaching career in the Broward School District. I have experience teaching grades K-8 all subjects. I have taught 3rd grade English Language Arts and Social Studies. I also have experience teaching 4th and 5th grade Science, Social Studies, and Writing. My students have a high passing rate on the FSA!
Currently, I live in Boca Raton, Florida, but I am willing to travel to students that need additional support.
I enjoy running, baking, reading, watching television, and spending time with my family. I'm a huge Disney fan, too!
