Miss Navarro is a professional legal executive with over fifteen years (15) of experience in operational management, labor law, employment law, civil rights law, immigration, policy administration, compensation and benefits management, contract negotiations and management and advocacy.
She is a fearless, passionate, advocate in employment law, corporate law, juvenile justice, women's rights, and labor and employment rights both nationally and internationally. She has utilized her legal and professional career to serve her home State in a multitude of various facets. Miss Navarro has worked under some of the most influential women leaders in private and public sectors. She has served under the 1st woman governor, Former Governor Ruth Ann Minner as a human resources and operations executive with the Delaware Economic Development Office; as well as, the 1st woman Chief Judge in the State of Delaware.
A true pioneer, a natural leader and visionary, Miss Navarro has committed her career to domestic and international business environment. She is also a fierce advocate of the unspoken voices and underprivileged. With over a decade of executive leadership managing corporations and government agencies, Miss Navarro offers a unique blend of leadership, vision, and expertise.
Miss Navarro is a graduate from Delaware Law Widener University, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. She also holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Science Degree.
