I am trained in IB Diploma Programme internal and external exams, SAT/ACT preparation and testing skills, and all contents within science.
I have been teaching for five years now, and also teach an AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) elective class. The AVID elective class is for students that have a GPA range of 2.0-3.5, and aims to strengthen their academic and behavioral skills to get ahead in high school and eventually college. Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading (WICOR) are used alongside a strict use of Cornell Notes to ensure that students retain and expand on the content.
