I have a PhD from the University of Notre Dame and over 25 years of teaching experience of first year undergraduates! I have immersed myself in history and the humanities for over 40 years. I have the ability to deepen understanding in the humanities through showing connections that so much "hoop jumping" education misses. I have spent the last four years immersing myself in the life sciences, particularly biology and am pursuing a book that relates the humanities to the life sciences.
