Hey! If you want to learn in a unique and exciting way then you're at the right place. I've been expertly using computers for the last 15 years. I'm tutoring on Wyzant because I really enjoy teaching people and helping them pursue their passions. I've also got a YouTube channel where I make tech related tutorial videos in my free time.
My skills at a glance are:
- Windows Operating System
- Computer Hardware
- C# (.Net Framework, .Net Core, .Net5/6)
- Console programs
- Desktop apps (WinForms, XAML, WPF, UWP, .Net Maui)
- Game Design (Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Game mods (modding games in Unity/Unreal)
- DLLs, Libraries, and APIs
- Visual Studio and XCode
- Loops, Arrays, Functions, Classes/Objects, Generics/Templates, Enums, and more.
- Object Oriented Programming(OOP)
- JSON and XML
Based on the feedback I've received from past students, my method of teaching is very different from other tutors on here. Rather than just telling you what to type, we'll talk about the big picture and what things are actually doing. Instead of explaining things in complicated programmer words, I'll break everything down into small bite sized pieces and talk about them in everyday English. Each lesson will be geared towards you and your personal learning style. I'll use a lot of analogies that relate to your interests and hobbies, giving you something to "hook" onto. All of my examples are based on the real world and are easy to visualize, making them stick a lot better. I've had an amazing success rate helping people go from completely confused to making incredible progress within just a few lessons.
I'll help you master these skills in a way that you'll never forget. We'll talk about all the important ideas, how to do things right and wrong, good practices and bad practices, how to organize things properly, and much more. With the skills you learn during our time together, you'll become a professional capable of doing anything you can imagine.

Explained really well, and actually seemed to care about me learning instead of just throwing information at me. Appreciate it, Thomas!
Very knowledgeable and professional
