About Shirley Anne

I have a BA in Media/Communications and have worked in Public Relations for several years. I have tutored students in ESL and writing for several years but on a one-on-one basis. In my undergraduate degree and in my masters' degree, I had a minor in Speech Pathology. I have the OSHA requirements from my BA. I have also done teaching English as a Second Language with, most recently, the Chinese community in Los Angeles. I was in the Joint Doctoral Program at San Diego State University and the University of California San Diego. I have experience in writing research papers, as well as different genres of writing.

I also design Educational Apps to help students learn writing skills. I work with all ages and I am willing to continue teaching English as a Second Language. I use the same text as Mt. San Antonio College for teaching ESL. I look forward to working with you.
