I began tutoring Calculus and Chemistry back in 2006 when I started college. I tutor for fun. I am an avid cyclist, coder, and singer/songwriter. My approach is making things simple. I also believe in autonomy and respect in the student and the teacher relationship, because they are one in the same. I am a teacher that is always learning from my students, always having new insight that has never existed before, and I don't take that for granted. I see potential in humanity, and I believe in my student's potential to achieve whatever they wish to accomplish. Be it academic, social, or just having a keen sense of curiosity, these attributes play an important role in how we learn and I aim to train that part of the brain, to critically think. These skills will carry on with us into the future and it is important to have such skills in our ever evolving and developing markets, where higher derivative thinking is necessary and sought after.
