I'm Cecilia and I have a true passion for languages and teaching. I have been tutoring for 10 years now and have had great success with my students, ranging from middle school to college-age, and non-traditional students. I have 6 years of experience in teaching both in France and abroad. It is a journey that opened up and developed my career in the teaching world.
I began tutoring by helping other students at the International Cultural Exchange Center at UCLA. In college, I worked as a private French tutor overseas too.
I prefer one-on-one tutoring and enjoy engaging my students with fun and challenging linguistic contexts. I like to apply languages to real-world situations to allow my students to fully understand the relevance and necessity of knowing and using a foreign language in their everyday lives.
