I received my Bachelor's of Science in Mass Media Communications from Oral Roberts University and Masters in Government and International Politics frpm Regent University, and then discovered my passion for teaching. I started working as an after-school program instructor and acquired my multiple subject K-12 teaching credential through the University of California, San Diego. Afterwards, I became an educational specialist for a local school district for math intervention and English Language Development. My most recent position was as an instructional aide and co-teacher where I worked on integrating special education into the mainstream classroom.
