About Karen

I have a Bachelors of Arts in Music Education, and have 9 years experience in teaching piano, voice, guitar, and recorder to students of all ages. I am a lifelong musician, playing 7 instruments in my life, and have extensive knowledge about music history, music theory, and musical performance. My love and passion for music is very evident in my music lessons. My teaching style is very fun, creative, and patient, and I have individualized instruction according to each student's skill level. I teach almost all musical genres, and work with my students in selecting styles they like.
