Was a Spanish Teacher at level I, during the school year for Culpeper High School and Floyd T Middle School. Created a tutoring program after school for those students who were in need of extra assistance in understanding Spanish at the elementary level.Observed and assessed student performance and kept thorough records of progress. Established clear objectives for all lessons, units and projects. Scheduled and held parent-teacher conferences to keep parents up-to-date on children's academic performance.
