I am a Certified Public Accountant with my own small financial services business. My focus is on individual and business tax prepartion, small business services, life insurance and financial education empowerment. I grew up in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia and moved to Pittsburgh to attend the University of Pittsburgh. I received my BS in Business/Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Graduate certification in Nonprofit Management from Gratz College. I received my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2002 and my Life Insurance certification in 2014. After I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, I moved to Lancaster, PA. I have lived here for 25 years. My first job out of college was working as an auditor for the State in the PA Auditor General's office. Since that job, I have held various accounting jobs in auditing, corporate and individual tax and spent 6 and 1/2 years running a local Nonprofit in Lancaster. My most rewarding job for the last 18 years has been a mom to my two sons. In March of 2018, I received my ProAdvisor certification for QuickBooks Online products. In June of 2018, I received my certification in Financial Literacy and became a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI). In March of 2019, I received my certification in Women's Entreprenuership from Cornell University.
