Qualifications & Experience

Hello! I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

As an English student at the University of Missouri, I regularly edited and revised academic papers for friends and clients. In fact, my first job out of college was drafting job resumes for RezBiz, where I worked on countless resumes for people all over the country. Since moving to New York, I worked two years as a contractor at PS 199, where I regularly tutored K-5 students in all subjects during their after school program. This led to additional tutoring jobs for students at the school, as well as home school students in the district. These sessions happened at school, on the phone, over FaceTime, and in public places like libraries and coffee shops.

I also work as a tour guide in the city, where I regularly lead groups of up to 30 people on bicycles around Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, and other spots in the city. That job has been a gift -- I have learned about countries all over the world and stayed sharp on what's going on in our city and nation.

I'm also a regular theatergoer in the city. At the time of writing this, I just got home from seeing the New York City Ballet at Lincoln Center.

If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to contact me.

Happy Tutor Hunting!
