About Lorena

I'm a native Spanish speaker from Spain who came to the U.S almost four years ago. I'm really passionate about Spanish culture and kids. I've found that spread Spanish heritage and teach the language to the young generations is one of my passions.

I have always loved language and communication, getting my Master's Degree in Journalism was one of my first steps in the study of communication and oral skills. I came to New York almost 4 years ago as a private Spanish tutor and nanny for a family who wanted their 9, 16 and 21 years old daughters to reinforce and develop their Spanish, working with them not just in the conversational side but in writing and reading. Afterwards, I've been intensively working with a 2,3,4 and 8 years old kids in face to face lessons, getting outstanding results in a really short time, since listening comprehension, improving reading skills to accent reduction.
