Hello! My name is Natalie. I'm a Brooklyn transplant originally from the Midwest and have many years of experience in tutoring STEM-related subjects for students of all ages. I graduated from Stanford University in 2015, where I majored in Biology. Currently, I'm a fourth-year medical student at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and will be graduating this May. I am a current member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, originally nominated due to placing in the top quartile of my class with subsequent faculty selection based on leadership, character, community service, and professionalism. I have a very flexible schedule during my last months of school and would love to dedicate the free time I have to tutoring.
Growing up, I was always drawn to the sciences and math in school. Excellent science teachers were the single biggest reason why I chose to study biology in undergrad and why I eventually chose medicine as a career. I hope to share my enthusiasm for this field with other students and help them achieve their academic goals along the way. I have former experience as middle-school and high-school tutor in subjects such as AP Biology, anatomy, algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus. I am also comfortable tutoring elementary-aged students.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.
