I am a former special education teacher and administrator in elementary and middle schools. My passion is helping students with special needs, students who are significantly behind, and those who need extra motivation and creativity to grow academically.
I specialize in elementary ELA (phonics, grammar, spelling, writing, fluency, comprehension), handwriting, and remediation in elementary math.
I specifically work with the Wilson Reading System, Reading A to Z, Read Naturally, Handwriting without Tears, Size Matters Handwriting, Touch Math and Education.com.
The joy of watching a previously struggling student succeed is why I love working with students. I can't wait to help your child reach their learning goals and find their own passion for learning.
