I graduated magna cum laude from Goucher College with a degree in English and minors in Studio Art and Book Studies; I was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the national honor society for college graduates. I have been working as a tutor for the past six years, offering a range of experience with all aspects of the writing process, research methods, basic math, algebra, sociology, anthropology, intermediate Spanish, world religions, creative writing, and other fields of study. I truly enjoy facilitating inspiration and helping people learn, whether in preparation for an exam or to develop an enjoyment of working on a research paper or project. (Yes, it's possible!) I have worked with elementary school children, teenagers, young adults, and students over 60; however, my greatest expertise is in navigating the academic rigor of higher education at any point in the process, from community college coursework to graduate program application essays. I look forward to working with you!
