About Jacob

Hi, I’m Jacob! I hold a doctorate from Harvard University and a master’s in Biology. I attended Harvard for dental school and have since relocated to the Los Angeles area to attend UCLA for my residency in orthodontics.

I have ample experience tutoring and teaching in professional settings. After completing my master’s, I worked as a teacher for a SoCal school district (references available). During this time, I also worked as a private tutor.

Usually, I’m hired to tutor in biological sciences and mathematics. However, I have had ample success in working with students in other subjects, including test prep (ACT, AP/IB Tests, SAT, MCAT, DAT, GRE, etc.), chemistry, and english.
