About Kousha

My name is Kousha and I'm a Computer Science PhD graduate from IIT

I love teaching, tutoring, and the last but least, coaching, and I've been doing that since I was in high school;


-In high school, I was always helping classmates
-In my undergrad, I was a TA and also tutored high school students
-In my grad, while doing research ,which was the main focus toward my degree, I taught undergraduate computer science courses whenever my advisor was away for a conference; was a TA for four years, and toward the end of my Phd program, I coached junior Phd candidates.

I call what I do coaching, more than tutoring and teaching; I've always loved the challenge to find a way to get my students from where they were to where they wanted to be; to be a great coach, knowing the material is only one ingredient of many; I don't teach my students how to solve a specific problem, instead, I use that problem to teach them how to be a great "problem solver"
