David is a Lecturer at Loyola University of Chicago where he teaches physics and chemistry. David holds a PhD in Statistical Physics from Cornell after undergraduate work at the University of Chicago. David also teaches math, physics and chemistry at the City Colleges of Chicago. David worked at Bell Labs after his PhD, and later AT&T, before moving into management and leadership roles with consulting and technology companies. David has published four books and almost twenty technical articles. David was the head of the alumni committe for the University of Chicago for the State of Hawaii when he lived and worked in Honolulu.
